Shake well. Rub on. Rub in. Feel good. Hang loose. Be happy. Use often.

Apply before and after exercise. Most effective right after a warm bath or shower.

1. For relief and relaxation of soft tissue, turn roller over and drip a few drops of Balm into the hole. Roll the roller ball around until you see moisture on the ball. Apply a few more drops to the hole. Add more as needed.

2. Roll over the affected area, applying as much or as little pressure as is comfortable. Ask a friend to apply to the hard-to-reach areas.

3. Rinse roller with warm soapy water. Dishwasher safe.

4. Enjoy!
